This black power anthem and wonderfull jazzfunk song was way ahead of it's time. It sounds like it could have been made today, with that deep bass and beat. For one reason or another, this song was a hit in Belgium. A label called Snow Records put this 45 out in '78, a few years after the song was put out for the first time on Strata East records. The heavy flute playing by Brian Jackson, Gil Scott-Herons voice... this song is a must have and really nice to have it on 45.
