The group who gave us the breakbeat classic Apache, which was sampled to death by hip hop producers worldwide, gives us another heavy drumbreak track with Bongo Rock. Both tracks were actually written by surf/jazz musician and bongo player Preston Epps, but Michael Viner and his band turned it into a heavy break anthem with guitars and horns over it. A classic.
