Richard Caiton began to sing in the St. John´s Divine Baptist Church out of New Orleans. After singing in Junior High school where he won some school talent competitions, he recorded this first single in New Orleans during 1964, but released for Californian label GNP Crescendo. In 1966, Richard has had another opportuny with an upstart local label up-tight where he released a few Soul nuggets.
