James Epps, leader of the band "Fantastic Four" who released a few albums on "Westbound", recorded here a fabulous 12'', on the obscure "Hollywood Bound" label from the mid- to late-80's. "High on hill" is a soulful ballad and "be right there" is a great funky uptempo number.
